Internship – Learn & Explore
Kick start your career with hands-on exposure to sustainability, CSR, and ESG projects. Our structured internship programs (summer, winter, research, and overseas) give you the chance to work alongside consultants, contribute to live client assignments, and build skills that prepare you for the global workplace.

Once selected for an internship at SR Asia, every candidate will be required to follow a structured process to ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability
Documents to be Shared
- TOR (Terms of Reference): Outlines scope of work, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Offer Letter: Formal confirmation of internship engagement.
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement): Commitment to maintain confidentiality.
Code of Conduct & Rules
- No Submission = No Certificate: Completion certificate only on submitting deliverables as per TOR.
- Confidentiality is Mandatory: No sharing of data/documents outside SR Asia.
- Professional Ethics: Respect deadlines, communicate timely, and uphold values.
- Plagiarism-Free Work: All submissions must be original and referenced.

Hiring Local Field Investigators for Survey Work
We are inviting applications from local candidates to join us as Field Investigators for upcoming socio-economic and community surveys. This role is ideal for individuals who want to contribute to meaningful development projects in their own region.
Who Can Apply?
- Qualification: Minimum 10th/12th pass. Graduates preferred.
- Language Skills: Read, write, and speak in the local language. Basic English/Hindi an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with smartphones/tablets for data collection (training provided).
- Local Preference: Candidates from the project area/community prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct household and community-level surveys.
- Record responses accurately using survey tools (paper or digital).
- Interact respectfully and professionally with community members.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned surveys.
