Criteria for Impact Assessment & Evaluation

“Evaluation is not the end of a project, but the beginning of learning and lasting change.”

OECD-DAC Evaluation Framework

At SR Asia, we align our impact assessments and evaluations with the OECD Development Assistance Committee (OECD-DAC) criteria — a globally recognized framework for evaluating development programs, CSR projects, and government schemes.

These criteria ensure objectivity, accountability, and learning, helping organizations measure performance and improve decision-making.

Using this framework, we help clients understand what works, what doesn’t, and why — ensuring resources are used effectively to achieve sustainable and equitable outcomes.
